To ensure that children and young adults receive the financial support they need to improve their general wellness and/or participate in a sport of their choice, we need your help. Your support means that a child or teen that cannot afford to participate in a wellness program, play on a youth sports team or even attend a summer camp will be able to apply to the DJ DREAM FUND. Help us help make others dream come true.

| More Info | The 17th of April will make it 6 months since DJ was taken from us. We've now decided that we'd like to make the 17th of every month will be "I AM DJ HENRY" day. We're asking that for one day out of the month everyone puts there status to I AM DJ HENRY and will also display this picture as their profile picture. This is to show that it could've been any of us that night! Our goal is to gain attention from the media as well as kee...p the story alive! Aside from changing your profile picture and Facebook status, we are asking that everyone film a clip saying "I AM DJ HENRY". You can either email it in to justice4dj@gmail.com or you may post it on the Justice for DJ page on 17th to show your support. For those who aren't familiar with the events of October 17th, 2010, your Facebook status and profile picture will trigger the question "Who is DJ Henry?". We want you to continue to spread the story and let people know how they can help! The purpose of a facebook/twitter event is to not only gain recognition from the media, but to educate as many people as possible. That day we will release an I AM DJ HENRY video and we need EVERYONE to post it on their Facebook, Twitter (#IAMDJHENRY), blogs... whatever you have! WINGS OF HOPE EVENT
 ((NOT JUST FOR STUDENTS, ANYONE MAY PARTICIPATE!!!)) We want to find a way to show our support for DJ & his family! This could be considered a silent protest that could be done in school without getting in trouble, leaving class, or doing anything different than you do everyday. Everyone would have a white balloon, draw the #12 on it with wings, and tie it to their bookbag or whatever it is that they carry for the day... so it lo...oks like a little angel floating above you. Its a simple but strong way to get attention whether you're at school, work, on the train, etc. We don't want people to just wear it at school, but to also wear it when they go out for the day. We need as many students to participate as possible!!! The national media is covering the story of Aaron Hess receiving an award after murdering DJ Henry and they want to see if students will do anything at all. Please stand with us and make a statement! Some students have spring break next week so if your school does please let us know. The main thing we want people to do is to get as many students on their campus as possible and to contact their local media. All the local media coverage from around the country will inevitably lead to national coverage which is what we need more of. For this police officer to get an award is absolutely disgraceful and we need to do something to show we're not okay with it! We want to make sure people wear their balloons EVERYWHERE they go that day whether it be on campus, to the store, out to eat, whatever!
